Free Returns Policy 

1. Eligibility for Free Returns

●       Return Period: You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

●       Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Process

●       Initiating a Return: Log into your Mega Market account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return.

●       Return Shipping: Return shipping is free for eligible items. Use the prepaid label provided to avoid any charges.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

●       Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 30. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

●       Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange an item, please indicate this when initiating the return. We’ll send the new item as soon as we receive the original.

4. Non-Returnable Items
